Here are some Morrow Bible Church announcements for January 21, 2018.
Sunday School, 9:30 a.m. The children’s classes and teen class are age-graded (ages 2-18, grades preschool-12) and feature an appropriate Bible lesson every week. The adult class studies a section of the Bible in a discussion-oriented format. Pastor Gassman is currently teaching the adult class a series on the Holy Spirit.
Morning Worship Service, 10:45 a.m. Worship God through hymns of praise, prayer, and the preaching of God’s Word. Pastor Howard will preach on “What About Decent People?” (Romans 2:1-10) in a series on the book of Romans.
Evening Service, 6:30 p.m. After our song and testimony time, Pastor Howard will preach on “Two Witnesses in Trouble” (Revelation 11:7-14) in a series on the book of Revelation.
Wednesday Prayer Service & Youth Groups, 7:00 p.m. Adults meet for Bible study and prayer. Frontline Clubs (ages 2-6th grade) and Youth Group (grades 7-12) also meet at this time.
Saturday, 10:00 a.m., Ladies’ Tea at Bennington Glen, All ladies are invited to the tea. Plan to come and be an encouragement to the folks at Bennington.
Men’s Breakfast & Active Shooter Presentation, Feb. 3, 8:00 a.m. Representatives from the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office will be here to give an active shooter presentation which they provide free of charge to churches and businesses. The presentation will follow breakfast at the church. Plan to bring breakfast items to share.
New 2018 Peniel Bible Camp Information is available in the foyer. Note: A new partial week called “Friends and Family Camp” (Aug. 2-4) has been added this year. Also the Junior Camps have been moved earlier in the summer. There is also a new registration form to use with all camps. Pick up a camp calendar card in the foyer.
