The message is on 2 Chronicles 7:13-14. This is another passage which mentions a pestilence, an outbreak of disease. It was a form of God's judgment along with drought and locusts. This verse also points to something amazing about God--that He offers a second chance to people under His judgment. None of us deserve that (not even our nation), but we are all thankful for His mercy.
